With less than 90 cases produced, this is a wine you will want to treasure. This vintage has a whole new look to reflect the amazing of the 2012 vintage. Made from 100% Syrah in the traditoin méthode champenoise, this sparkling wine was aged in barrel for two years, then on tirage for another two years. This wine is full of red berry flavors and has a creamy smooth finish.

Two barrels, one wine. Made exclusively for our members, this blend is 50% Tempranillo and 50% Barbera. Strong fruit flavors and aromas of black cherry, blueberry of the barbera vartial that pairs nicely with the savory, leather flavors of tempranillo; getting the best of both worlds. This is the perfect wine for carnitas tacos!
This small production wine comes from Block 100 on the east side of Priest Ranch, which is a 3.4 acre block. This late ripening fruit has the opportunity to hang on the vine longer than most of our fruit, and is harvested at the end of the season, which adds additional tannins, rich color and spicy characteristics. Spicy foods pair well with Petit Verdot, as well as spicy pork or sausages. With hints of blackberry and vanilla and aromas of flowers and blueberries, this wine is a red wine lover’s dream.
This wine tastes like a vintage Port! The aromas are elevated and full of bright red fruit with a rich dark color. The palate is full of sweet cherries and plums, and balanced with sweetness and acidity.
