Our Harvest Hands Series is a hands-on experience that will spark your passion for cooking while enjoying a range of wine during this four-hour adventure at our estate. Each month we will work with seasonal ingredients and a trained chef to teach you simple techniques that will take you culinary level up a notch. Everything you make will be served alongside lunch and paired with Priest Ranch wines. Our wine specialists and a local chef will discuss how each wine pairs, specifically with certain foods - a skill that you will be sure to impress with at your next social gathering. You will take home recipes and samples to assist you in recreating each meal year after year.
In June, we will explore multiple ways to incorporate stone fruit into a meal. Chances are we may show you ways to add them to a salad, serve them as a side or possibly bake a galette. The options are endless, so come open-minded and ready to slice, dice, and chop away.
The last event in the Harvest Hands Series will, of course, be wine grapes! You won't be cooking in the kitchen, but instead working in the vineyards alongside our Vineyard Manager and assisting in the creation of our 2019 vintage. After all your hard work, our winemaking team will join you for a harvest lunch.
