Exciting Events at Priest Ranch
It’s events season at Priest Ranch, so our team has been working hard to create and curate an exciting calendar filled with experiences you won’t want to miss! We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to meet many of you at some of our recent events and look forward to meeting more at one of our upcoming events to enjoy everything Priest Ranch has to offer. First, we want to reflect on our first two ticketed events of the season, which were incredible and certainly set the bar high, before sharing all the opportunities to celebrate with us!
May 5th, 2023 - Cinco de Mayo - Margaritas are for amateurs! We celebrated this vibrant day with a fiesta filled with colorful decorations, mouth-watering tacos, and of course, Priest Ranch wines! Our brand new 2022 Block 71 Sauvignon Blanc made its Priest Ranch party debut alongside a lineup of world-class red wines. While our tastebuds danced with the flavors of wine and food, our guests danced with the local favorite mariachi band, Mariachi Jalisco! Although the clouds and light rain may have cloaked the sun, it certainly did not dampen the spirit of our team or guests. We’re already counting down until next year to go even bigger than this year!
May 18th, 2023 - Baseball, Bottles, and Bites - Play ball! It was great having some of our favorite friends of Priest Ranch, KNBR “Talking Baseball” host Marty Lurie and former San Francisco Giants player and coach Ron Wotus, back to talk baseball, sign some bottles, and snack on Executive Chef Dan Solomon’s bites! Guests spent the afternoon listening to Marty and Ron exchange stories, answer questions, and celebrate America’s pastime. It was an afternoon well-spent by Giants fans of all ages! We look forward to loading the bases (our tasting room) in the near future with fans of baseball, bottles, and bites!
While these events may be in the past, we’re not even halfway through the year, and our calendar is still stacked! From live music accentuating your tasting or afternoon with Priest Ranch to winemaker dinners and harvest celebrations that you will absolutely want to experience for yourself. Here are some dates to add to your calendar:
June 18th, 2023 - Final Sunday Session, 2 - 5 pm - Join us for the final Sunday Session of the summer season! Journey Day will be playing your favorite covers and some originals while our crew keeps the wine flowing! Book your tasting to guarantee seating, or walk in and enjoy the sweet sounds of acoustic guitar and gentle serenading. Send off Sunday Sessions in style with us!
July 13th through September 21st, 2023 - Thursday Night Live - Since we eased into our musical entertainment with the acoustic sounds from Sunday Sessions, Thursday Night Live takes it up a notch or two! Enjoy a glass or share a bottle with your friends and family while enjoying some of Napa Valley’s most popular performers. Chef Dan has worked closely with our hospitality team to curate an exciting lineup of thematic cuisines, from French food for Bastille Day to Chicago street food to celebrate Chef’s roots. Seats are complimentary to reserve, while wines and food will be available for purchase. Here’s a look at the incredible musicians that will fill our patio with their talents:

October 14th, 2023 - James Joshua Release Party - Spend the evening with Priest Ranch! We're excited to share our newest wine, James Joshua Cabernet Sauvignon, with our loyal club members and valued Priest Ranch fans! Join us at the table for a seasonally-appropriate winemaker dinner celebrating the release of the latest addition to our portfolio of estate-grown wines. Chef Dan will carefully craft a menu perfectly paired with our latest club shipment, which will surely be a crowd-pleasing collection of wines as we head into the holidays and prime entertaining season. This family-style, seated dinner is highly limited and sure to sell out, so take advantage of your chance to enjoy an evening with our winemakers and team!
