WINEMAKING | With just over 100 cases produced, the 2013 Brut Rosé is a limited production wine made just for our you! Our Brut Rosé is made with 100% Syrah in the traditional méthode Champenoise; aged 24 months in stainless steel on the lees, bottled & aged an additional 24 months in the bottle. Full of red berry flavors with a creamy smooth finish on the end, you can pair this sparkling wine with anything from caviar to fried chicken sliders.
HARVEST NOTES | A warm, dry spring brought early bud break, helped with canopy vigor and created ideal conditions for flowering and fruit set. With the exception of one heat spike in early summer, temperatures were consistently in the zone for optimal vine activity, resulting in notably healthy vines as fruit went through veraison and started ripening. The Syrah for this wine was harvested on August 21st.
