Try something new this summer! Join us for salsa lessons by our very own Wine Specialist, Jose Torres, and music by DJ Willie. Jose will be teaching our guests the art of salsa dancing at the top of each hour - starting at 6 pm. We guarantee an evening filled with delicious food, endless dancing, and great wine.
Chef Anita Cartagena, the owner of Protea, will be preparing a menu filled with authentic Caribbean cuisine. Chef uses only the freshest ingredients, allowing her specials changes daily. A few of our favorites are her Puerto Rican Beef empanadas and Lomo Saltado.
