Preheat oven to 350. Place thick-cut bacon on a rack on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Remove bacon out of the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Once cool, brush or spoon flavor on both sides. Return bacon to the oven and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
Let bacon cool for 3-5 min and enjoy with a glass of Grenache Blanc!
