Amidst pivoting our usual wine tasting practices and bringing them outside of the tasting room, we carefully crafted two Virtual Tastings you can enjoy from wherever you are. For 2021, we updated these experiences and are thrilled to share our new offerings and food pairings you can savor!

Food Pairings
With two of our classic wines under your belt, we're happy to share two of our favorite pairings.
Enjoy our Grenache Blanc with a Grilled Four Cheese and Onion Pizza or Street Tacos. The acidity in this white wine accents the cheese in the pizza and balances the hint of spice in the tacos. Looking for an appetizer instead? We love Brillat-Savarin or Humboldt Fog Goat Cheese with our favorite crackers.
Next, pair our Double Barrel red blend with Korean Spice Bacon. The 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Malbec blend complements the unique spice of the Korean seasoning. Or, if you're enjoying it with a cheese board, our team's favorites are aged Gouda and Flagship Reserve by Beecher's.
The Cab Comparison
With this experience, we invite you to taste two distinct Cabernet Sauvignons. The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of fruit from over 20 estate blocks, while the 2018 Snake Oil uses fruit from only three blocks. Food Pairings
For your next dinner, our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with a mouthwatering Slow Smoked & Grilled Bone-in Ribeye. When it comes to the ideal pairing of ribeye and a hearty red, and our Cab is always up for the challenge!
For a cheese accompaniment, try Mimolette, aged cheddar, or Gouda.
Our Snake Oil is bold and full of flavor, which pairs with another one of our favorites - a Garlic Crusted Prime Beef Tenderloin. Anyone who's been to one of our harvest events at the estate knows that this is our winemaker Craig Becker's signature dish. The beef maintains a richness with the fat and salt, while the Snake Oil Cab has just the right amount of tannin to keep it in check. Of course, if you're not in the mood to cook, try a simple cheese pairing with Midnight Moon or Barely Buzzed cheeses.
